INGREDIENTS

  • Large crepes 12
  • Cooked Quinoa 650 g / 22.93 oz / 1.43 lb
  • Tuna 240 g / 8.47 oz / 0.52 lb
  • Philadelphia cream cheese
  • Onions M 2
  • Bell Pepepr ½
  • Garlic 3
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the quinoa. Reserve.
  2. Sauté the onion, bell pepper and minced garlic.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, place the vegetables in a container. Add the quinoa. Season to taste. Mix.
  4. Add the tuna. Mix.
  5. Add the cream cheese. Stir. TCover, store the filling in the refrigerator until use.
  6. Place filling in a beet whole wheat flour crepe. Roll up to wrap and assemble the cannelloni.
  7. Place the cannelloni with the closure down on a baking tray.
  8. Place sauce of choice and cheese over the cannelloni. Bake at average temperature for approximately 20-30 minutes.
