  • Kale 300 g / 10.58 oz / 0.66 lb
  • Small onion 1
  • Garlic 2
  • Ricotta / Cream cheese 200 g / 7.05 oz / 0.44 lb
  • Milk 500 ml / 2 ½ cup
  • Flour / Cornstarch 2-3 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Others: different kinds of cheeses


  1. In a hot pan with olive oil, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic.
  2. Add the chopped kale and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add the ricotta or cream cheese and the milk (dissolve the cornstarch with a little milk or cold water beforehand). Stir. Cook until thick. Season to taste.
  4. Serve hot with pasta, rice, meats, etc. Ñoquis Integrales de Remolacha


  • Gluten free: verify that all the ingredients are suitable for celiacs.
  • Vegans: replace with vegan ingredients.
  • It can be made from milk only.
  • For thicker sauces add more amount of cornstarch or flour (previously dissolve with a little milk or cold water)
  • To soften the kale leaves: before cooking, drizzle them with olive oil and season with salt. Massage the leaves for a few minutes.
  • Consume before 3 days.
  • Can be frozen (3 months).
