Today I bring you two simple proposals to prepare baked hake. You will see how easy and practical it is to prepare this wonderful fish without frying! Surprise your family with an exquisite hake to the Romana or with the best hake milanesa you ever tested. Do not stay without trying this incredible recipe!

Hake is a white fish with a high nutritional value. Because it is a low-calorie source of vitamins and minerals, it is included in different types of diets. In addition, it provides omega-3, an important fatty acid that provides multiple cognitive benefits in children, adults and the elderly.

Although both proposals are similar, their flavor is well distinguished. In which I found it interesting to use the oven as a way of cooking. Since there are people, including me, who love fried fish, but are annoyed or lazy to prepare it that way. Also, it is a good option to reduce calories, eat tasty and healthy.

Let’s talk about the recipe:

This hake to the romana or hake milanesa are simple to make. The ingredients are few and easily accessible in any market. Even so, its final result may depend on the freshness of the fish at the time. That is why if it was a lot of frozen time, it will reduce its flavor proportionately.

About the ingredients:

Preferably, fresh and boneless hake is used. Using a fresh fish not only ensures that it is tasty, also retains all its properties intact. In addition, if the bones have been removed, it not only makes consumption more comfortable, but also safer.

To give a better flavor to these preparations you can choose different ingredients. Among which can be, garlic, parsley, pepper, ginger, mustard, etc. And both fresh as dehydrated can be used. The other ingredients can be replacements according to the needs or convenience.

It is clear that in preparations suitable for celiac, all the ingredients should be replaced by others’ gluten-free. In hake to the romana, the flour is replaced by cornstarch, for example. And in the hake milanesas, the breadcrumbs are replaced by rice breadcrumbs, gluten free batter, oats, etc.

About Cooking:

Although this hake is baked, it is also a preparation in which other means of cooking can be used. As well as oil fryer, air fryer or microwave. Adapt cooking according to convenience, tastes or needs. Its final flavor may be affected depending on the cooking medium chosen, therefore, always consider the same.
