Today I leave you this recipe to make a super easy Vanilla Bundt Cake, with few ingredients and few steps. It is a recipe that reminds me of my childhood, inspired by a neighbor who taught me how to prepare it when I was little girl. I hope you like it as much as I do because, in addition to being simple and quick to prepare, it is really delicious.
Ideal for snack or breakfast. Kids love it, it’s just irresistible!
The name of Bundt Cake is given by the style of mold used to shape it, you use a classic mold that you have, its flavor will not differ.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 a pot of milk cream
- 2 pots of leavening flour
- 1 pot of sugar
- Vanilla Essence c / n
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put the cream, eggs and vanilla essence in a bowl or mixer machine. Mix well all the ingredients.
- Incorporate the flour little by little. Beat about 10 minutes or until a uniform mixture is achieved.
- Place the preparation in a bundt cake pan or the mold you have (one for cake or pudding will be fine). Bake at minimum temperature (180 °) for approximately 1 hour or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out dry.
- Once cold, carefully remove the bundt cake from the mold. Sprinkle with icing sugar or use a topping of your choice.
NOTES
The milk pot you buy will be the one you will use as a measuring cup for sugar and flour (it had a 330 ml milk cream pot)
