This bread can be frozen without any problem. To consume it, just take it out of the freezer about 20 minutes before.

INGREDIENTS
- All-purpose flour 500 g
- Sugar 40 g
- Salt 5 g / 0.18 oz / 1 tsp
- Milk powder 50 g / 1.76 oz / 3 ½ tbsp
- Dry yeast 5 g / 0.18 oz / 1 tsp
- Water 300 ml
- Butter at room temperature 50 g
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
INSTRUCTIONS
- Sift the dry ingredients. Place them in a kneading machine (if you have one) or on table.
- In a bowl dissolve the yeast together with the warm water.
- Place the dissolved yeast mixture, honey and butter in the kneading machine or on the table in the shape of a crown.
- Knead until you reach a tender and smooth dough. Cover and let rise until doubled in volume.
- Once it has risen, stretch into a rectangular shape and then roll it up by pressing well (as if it were a swiss roll).
- Put in a buttered English loaf mold or in the mold you prefer. Let rise again until it doubles its volume.
- Brush with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at moderate temperature (320-356 °F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Let cool and store with kitchen film.
NOTES
- Seeds can be added if desired (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, etc.)
