  • Sugar 40 g
  • Salt 5 g / 0.18 oz / 1 tsp
  • Milk powder 50 g / 1.76 oz / 3 ½ tbsp
  • Dry yeast 5 g / 0.18 oz / 1 tsp
  • Water 300 ml
  • Butter at room temperature 50 g
  • Honey 1 tbsp

  3. Place the dissolved yeast mixture, honey and butter in the kneading machine or on the table in the shape of a crown.
  4. Knead until you reach a tender and smooth dough. Cover and let rise until doubled in volume.
  5. Once it has risen, stretch into a rectangular shape and then roll it up by pressing well (as if it were a swiss roll).

  7. Brush with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at moderate temperature (320-356 °F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
