  • Whole wheat flour 500 g / 17,64 oz / 4 ¼ cups
  • Dry yeast 8 g / 0.28 oz / 1 ¾ tsp - Fresh yeast 25 g / 0.88 oz
  • Sunflower oil 50 ml / ¼ cup / 3 ¼ tbsp
  • Milk 400 ml / 13.52 oz / 1 ½ cup
  • Whole cane sugar 5 g / 0.17 oz / 1 tsp
  • Salt 6 g / 0.21 oz / 1 ¼ tsp
  • Option 1:
  • Ham 150 g
  • Tybo cheese 150 g
  • Option 2:
  • Salami 300 g
  • Option 3:
  • Parsley, oregano, garlic, onion, olives, etc. n/a
  • For paint the buns:
  • Egg 1
  • Milk 2-3 tbsp
  • Pinch of salt

  2. On the table, in a bowl or kneading machine, place the whole wheat flour, salt, foamed yeast and sunflower oil. Mix. Gradually add the water or milk to form a soft and elastic dough.
