Pechugas De Pollo Al Horno Con Salsa

  • Pechugas de pollo 4
  • Papa grande 1
  • Zanahoria grande 1
  • Morrón ½
  • Ajo 2
  • Salsa c/n
  • Perejil picado c/n
  • Aceite de oliva c/n
  • Sal
  • Pimienta
  • Otros: queso en hebras


  1. Realizar cortes a las pechugas de pollo (sin cortar del todo). Lavar, pelar y cortas las verduras en laminas o tiras. Introducir las verduras entre los cortes del pollo. Rociar con aceite de oliva. Condimentar a gusto.
  2. Añadir la salsa de tomate. Cocinar en horno precaleentado a temperatura media alta durante 15-20 minutos. Retirar del horno, agregar el queso en hebras y hornear por 10 minutos mas o hasta gratinar. Espolvorear con perejil picado.
