INGREDIENTS

  • Whole wheat flour 350 g / 12,35 oz / 3 cup
  • Instant oats 50 g / 1.76 oz
  • Sunflower oil 100 ml / 3,53 oz / ½ cup
  • Apples 300 g / 10,58 oz / 2-3 units
  • Whole cane sugar 150 g / 5.29 oz / ¾ cup
  • Backing powder 15 g / 0,35 oz / 3 tsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Cinnamon c / n

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Puree the apples. Add the sugar. Mix Mix
  2. Add the sunflower oil and eggs. Whisk until all the ingredients are integrated.
  3. Add the oat and stir. Add the whole wheat flour little by little with the baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Place the preparation in a muffins mold or liners baking cup until a little before the edge of it (it does not fill everything because it grows during cooking) Bake at 356 °F for 30/40 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out dry.
